Bush Tees Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Bush Tees purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, contact us at info@bushtees.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

Bush Tees is based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Returns are generally processed through our Pennsylvania fulfillment location. The appropriate return address will be provided when your return is authorized.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@bushtees.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, contact us at info@bushtees.com. We will provide instructions based on your particular order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card company to process the refund.
