At Bush Tees, we want you to love your island gear. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
•• Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
•• Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to exchange eligible items based on available inventory. Contact us first so we can help reserve the replacement item for you.
•• Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order shirts
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
•• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
•• Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a printing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
•• Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
•• Shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands
Bush Tees is based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping times to and from the islands may occasionally take longer than mainland U.S. deliveries.
